require certain details to accurately locate and remove your report. You will need to provide your name, email, date of the incident,
and the name of the facility the report was made against. Additionally, we will ask for your email address
(or an alternative email of your choice) to send a confirmation once your data has been deleted.

encrypted before being stored in our database.
This means that even we cannot directly access
your data in its original form. Encryption ensures
that your sensitive details remain protected and can
only be decrypted when strictly necessary, such as
for verification purposes. We do not share your
personal data with third parties unless you choose
to make a claim, in which case, only the relevant
details will be securely provided to the appropriate parties.
Finding Your Data
To ensure your data privacy, we securely encrypt all personal details when storing them.
When you request data deletion, we encrypt the information you provide and compare it to
our database to locate your record. If a match is found, we decrypt it for verification,
delete the entry, and send you a confirmation email. If we cannot find a match, we will
notify you and provide guidance on how to refine your request for further review.
